MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA6 900/1 GF10 GB15 is a low-warpage polyamide 6 base polymer with 10% glass fiber and 15% glass bead fillers/additives that has been heat-stabilized. It is used in the automotive and machinery markets for injection-molded parts. Pre-drying should be done in a dry air (dessicant) dryer below 80°C for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be 270-290°C and the mold temperature should be 80-100°C.
