ALCOM® CFX ABS 1000 18037 SV1035-18MC

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® CFX ABS 1000 18037 SV1035-18MC is a pre-dried acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer with a metallic effect that is used for injection molded parts such as housings and bezels. It is suitable for electrical and electronic, building and construction, and sport and leisure applications. Pre-drying conditions are 80°C in a dry air dessiccant dryer for 2-4 hours and 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours depending on moisture content. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 220-260°C and the mold temperature should be between 50-80°C. It is important to protect the material from light and store it in a dark, dry place.
