ALCOM® PA66 910/1.1 CF10 PTFE10

Chemical Family
Polyamides

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA66 910/1.1 CF10 PTFE10 is a polyamide 66 base polymer with 10% carbon fibers and 10% PTFE, improved sliding/wear, heat stabilized, electrically conductive, and reduced surface resistivity. It is used for injection molded parts in the automotive and machinery markets, such as functional components. Pre-drying conditions should be in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at temperatures below 80°C for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content. For processing, injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 280-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C.
