MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV SV1003-06MCO is a polycarbonate with a metallic effect that has been UV stabilized and flow line optimized. It is suitable for various applications and is best processed with a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C. It must be protected from light and stored at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. Pre-drying conditions must be in an air circulating dryer at 100-120°C for 2-12 hours depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of less than 0.02%.
