ALCOM® PA66 910/1 PTFE15

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA66 910/1 PTFE15 is a heat-stabilized, injection-molding grade, easy-release (demolding) improved sliding/wear polyamide 66 filler/additive system containing 15% PTFE. It is suitable for various applications and should be pre-dried in a dry air (desiccant) dryer at 80°C for 2-12 hours. During processing, the melt temperature should range between 270-290°C, and the mold temperature should range between 80-120°C. This product should be stored in a dry, light-protected area at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
