ALCOM® ASA/PC 540/5 UV GY81-714MCF

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® ASA/PC 540/5 UV GY81-714MCF is a UV stabilized polycarbonate + Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate Blend with a metallic color and low tendency to flow lines. It is typically used for housings and is suitable for electrical and electronic, building and construction, and sport and leisure market segments. Pre-drying Conditions for this material are in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer 90-110°C for 2-4 hours, in an air circulating dryer 90-110°C for 4-8 hours depending on moisture content. Processing Injection molding involves using a melt temperature of 260-300°C and a mold temperature of 60-90°C. It is important to note that the material should be dried prior to molding to ensure optimal performance.
