ALCOM® MS PP 4920 14116
- Chemical Family
- PolyolefinsPolypropylenes (PP)
MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® MS PP 4920 14116 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 60-90°C for 2-4 hours or in an air circulating dryer at 60-90°C for 2-4 hours depending on moisture content. It contains 20 % talcum, has scratch resistant, heat stabilized, and easy release (demolding) features, and is typically used for automotive injection molded parts with VW50123 approvals. Processing Injection molding requires a melt temperature between 200-270°C and mold temperature between 20-70°C. It is recommended to store the product in a dry and light-protected environment to ensure optimal performance.
