MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® WP PA66 5020 PTFESI 15042 is a polyamide 66 base polymer with a 20% PTFE/Silicone filler/additive system that provides improved sliding/wear, easy release (demolding), and processing stability. It is typically used for injection molded parts such as functional components, bearings, and sliding elements in the automotive and machinery market segments. For processing injection molding, a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C are required.
