ALCOM® PA66 910/1 GF30 MO1
- Chemical Family
- Polyamides
MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA66 910/1 GF30 MO1 is a polyamide 66 base polymer with 30% glass fibers and 1% molybdenium disulfide, which is improved for sliding/wear and heat stability for automotive, machinery, and gear wheels, roller bearings. Common applications include bearings and sliding elements, functional components. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 280-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C. Pre-drying should be done at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content.
