Arabian Chemical Industries ISOPLAS PC 300
Arabian Chemical Industries ISOPLAS PC 300 is a new generation superplasticizer based on polycarboxylate technology. It is formulated to provide medium to high water reduction while providing excellent flowability, slump retention and high mechanical strengths. Super high strength and self-consolidating concrete can be attained depending on dosage and mix design.

Depending on mix design requirement, ISOPLAS PC 300 can be added at the rate of 0.30-1.35 liters per 100 kilograms cement. When designing mixes for use with ISOPLAS PC 300, it is recommended to make trial batches to determine optimum dosage. As a guide for designing mixes, ACI 211.1 or 211.2 procedures are recommended.

ISOPLAS PC 300 is available in 210 liter and 1000 liter pack.
- Addition
ISOPLAS PC 300 can be added at the plant or at the site. For central mix type operations, approximately 80% of the total amount of mixing water is added to the dry ingredients. Mix for 30 seconds then add ISOPLAS PC 300 simultaneously with the remaining water. For 1 cubic meter batch, total mixing time from the time cement comes in contact with water should be not less than 100 seconds.. (Note: ISOPLAS PC 300 is compatible with other ISOLA admixtures — ISOPLAS BT, AEA. Not to be combined with ISOLA PSM or PSG, for further details, consult ACI.)
