- Storage Condition
Store the material in a clean and dry place at 25 - 35°C away from direct heat and sunlight.; Keep the container tightly closed after the use.; If stored at below 5°C, the viscosity may increase and making it difficult to pump.; This can be reversed by keeping the same in hot room of 25 - 35°C (avoid direct heating).; As temperature below 20°C, the product may starts appearing gel like and viscous.; On prolonged storage below 10°C it may appear very high viscous in nature which can be restored by keeping the HMHDPE Carboy in hot room of 30 - 35°C (avoid direct heating).; Slight separation may occur during prolonged storage, which can be reversed by stirring, without affecting the pearlizing property of the product.; Product tends to have thin layer of foam and scum at the top of the container as the inherent nature.; However, this would not affect the quality of product.; Once the HMHDPE carboys is opened, use/consume the product within a week.; In original sealed condition, when stored as suggested, shelf life of the product is one year.; During storage, non- palletized carboys shall not be kept one above the other and for palletized, stacking should be maximum 1+1.; During storage, IBC stacking should be maximum 1+1
