- Usage Guidelines
Galguard Trident S is very efficacious in personal care formulations with pH range of 3.0 - 6.0. Good results are seen in formulations with pH 6.5 as well; Galguard Trident S completely melts at 90 - 95°C and is thermally stable. Thus, it can be added into the formulations during hot conditions till 95°C; Recommended usage levels: 1.0 - 1.2 %

Galguard Trident S is free from all toxic and controversial antimicrobials including parabens, iodopropynyl butyl carbamate, triclosan, 2,2-bromo,nitro,1,3-propane diol, the isothiazolinones (CIT & MIT) and formaldehyde releasers (DMDM Hydantoin, Imidazolidinyl urea, Diazolidinyl urea, Quaternium 15); Galguard Trident S is a preservative system based on synergistic blend of well known anti-bacterial lipidated glycines, namely, N-Capryloyl glycine, N-Undecylenoyl glycine and a well known antifungal Benzoic acid that is easy to use in personal care formulations. This 'three component' system exhibits broad spectrum protection against yeast, molds and bacteria.; Galguard Trident S can be added during any step of formulation

Spill should be contained / collected and disposed off as per the regulations. Avoid ingestion and contact with skin, eyes and clothing. If feeling unwell, after accidental swallowing, consult the doctor. In case of contact with eyes and skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice
