Wholesome Sweeteners Medium Invert (Industrial) - Organic
Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Medium Invert is a liquid that provides the manufacturer with an easy-to-handle alternative to dry granulated sugars with additional sweetness. Our syrup is liquefied from Wholesome Sweeteners Organic Cane Sugar and then inverted using organically approved processing methods. The inversion makes the syrup 1-for-1 sweetness with any sugar at about 76-77% syrup concentration. It enhances stability and product shelf life and adds binding properties to baked goods.
