Nutech Paint NXT AquaGuard
Nutech Paint NXT AquaGuard is a solvent-free, water-based, high build, nanotechnology-modified organic polymer system designed and developed as an exterior grade waterproofing membrane. Specifically formulated for application to external surfaces to protect against water ingress and weathering. NXT AquaGuard provides a hard yet flexible surface that resists fungi, algae growth, salt and carbon attack with added water beading and contamination resistance, for the life of the coating. NXT AquaGuard is available in a low sheen finish and a range of 36 standard colors and clear tintable bases.

Protecting our environment is important to Nutech Paints. Clean up with cold water away from drains.; Do not pour leftover paint down the drain.; Unwanted paint should be kept in a sealed container and then disposed of via special waste collection services.; Empty paint containers should be left open in a well-ventilated area to dry out.; Dispose of empty paint containers in accordance with local authority's guidelines. Always check with your local council first.

• When using Nutech High Build Asphalt Bleed blocking primer and NXT AquaGuard applied at a rate of 4.5 - 5.7 m2/L at 2 Coats. • When applying NXT AquaGuard without a primer, 2.25 - 3.0 m2/L at 2 Coats.
- First Aid
In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes.; In case of skin contact, wash affected areas with soap and water. If irritation persists.; Remove and wash contaminated clothing.; If inhalation causes physical discomfort, remove to fresh air.; If discomfort persists, or any breathing difficulty occurs or if swallowed seek medical advice.

NXT AquaGuard is not designed for use as an exposed membrane under vehicular or heavy foot traffic; Roof Applications - NXT AquaGuard is to be applied to surfaces with appropriate falls and drainage.; NXT AquaGuard is not designed to be immersed or applied to subterranean areas.; Product while in its wet state will clean up with water. Once the product has dried it will need to be removed by mechanical means.
