Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-2024 is a soft, waterborne, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion that has no co-solvent and is manufactured without the use of solvent. The dispersion was specifically designed for use in coating or finishing textile fabrics as a cost-effective urethane. HD-2024 is unique because it is manufactured at high solids and without solvent. Spray or pad -- solids may be adjusted for optimum add-on. May be thickened with HA-900 for knife coating applications.. Excellent strength properties as supplied. Melamine-formaldehyde crosslinkers, such as HA-808 (3 - 6 phr), will provide improved performance.
