SYNTHALAT SF 653 is a long-oil-drying alkyd resin. It is a high-grade decorative and architectural paint with particularly fast drying capacity and anti-corrosive properties. It is used advantageously in house paints and architectural paints that are characterized by good brushability, exceptional drying capacity, and gloss. It has applications in decorative paints, coatings and stains, crafts and hobbies, wood coatings, and finishes.

Properties and Processing: Synthalat SF 653 is used advantageously in house paints and architectural paints that are characterized by good brushability, exceptional drying capacity and gloss. For drying, specially of white paints, a mixed drier of cobalt/barium/zinc-octoate and zirconium octoate is recommended. Dosage: 0.08 % Co, 0.047 % Ba, 0.2 % Zn, 0.16% Zr relative to 100% resin.
