AFCONA 2505
AFCONA 2505 is a water-based defoamer and anti-foam, especially designed for micro foams. It is an organically modified polysiloxane, providing good defoaming and anti-foaming properties in all water-based coatings. It offers excellent performance against micro foam, even in high shear applications such as long period grinding. It maintains its good defoaming and anti-foam performance under high shear conditions.

AFCONA – 2505 have below performance and properties:; It has very good performance in high shear application. Under high shear environment such as long period of grinding, it still can maintain it good defoaming and anti-foam performance. Thus very suitable to use as defoamer in pigment concentration preparation and high speed flexo printing process.; It also effective as defoamer in normally coating ranging from PU dispersion to normal acrylic based decorative paint.; Beside good defoaming and anti-foam properties, it also has excellent performance against micro foams.; It has low sensitivity against crater formation.
