DeCAL 9126 is a grey to light brown granular solid with a very slight acrylic odor. It is used as a water fertilizer-retainer for soils and substrates. It is insoluble in water and only slightly soluble in n-octanol. DeCAL 9125 has a melting point of >200°C at 20°C and a relative density of 0.75 at 20°C.
