ACCESS® XTMS 200 is a silicone-based water repellent offered by Access Rudolf, designed to provide excellent protection for various porous substrates. This product can be applied to concrete, brick, natural stone, and other porous materials to create a hydrophobic barrier that repels water and prevents staining. ACCESS® XTMS 200 is easy to apply and offers long-lasting protection against water damage and weathering.

The ACCESS XTMS-200 is added directly and in combination with the silicone oil during the silica hydrophobization process. Typical usage levels are 15-20% of the silica dose i.e. – with 10% silica use 2% XTMS- 200.

ACCESS® XTMS 200 Resin is primarily used in the hydrophobization of silica to improve the resistance of the silica to de-polymerization in high pH and high temperature environments.; ACCESS® XTMS 200 will improve the durability of foam control of defoamers made from the treated silica.; When added during the hydrophobization of silica, ACCESS® XTMS 200 significantly increases the achievable level of hydrophobization.; Silica treated with ACCESS® XTMS 200 are used to make defoamers for detergent systems, pulp and paper, and other high performance defoamer applications.
