Akulon® PA6 and Akulon® XS PA6 allow for reliable solutions since it yields high puncture resistance and high barrier properties for oxygen resulting in longer shelf lives and thus less food waste. Akulon® XS grades allow for cost effective solutions due to its unique processing characteristics as a result from its low crystallization rate and since it also enables better thermoforming and transparency, improved processing in blown-film through improved bubble stability, increased BUR and less curling in non-symmetrical film
