ASCOTRAN® HPB is a bio-based liquid, nitrite-free corrosion inhibitor preventing flash rust in all types of waterborne wet coatings. It is mainly used in waterborne coatings to eliminate flash-rusting on ferrous metals during drying of the coatings, and as a corrosion inhibitor for metal packaging protection containing waterborne products.

Ideal temperature conditions: 0 to 30°C. Exposure : avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Important recommendation : tightly close the container after each use. Expiration : 2 years in its original sealed drum, in the storage conditions described above. With time, the color of the product may turn darker, but it does not modify its properties.
