- Ice Skate Parts Application Data
Akulon® PA6 allows for light weight, cost effective solutions in comparison with metals (no corrosion protection coating needed with PA6); Akulon® (UltraFlow) PA6 allows for great appearance solutions, since it yields a better surface appearance than PA66 and PPA (even at 50-60%GF); Akulon® UltraFlow PA6 allows for even more cost effective solutions, since it yields faster molding than standard PA6 and enables thinner wall designs
- Solarium Hinges Application Data
Akulon® (UltraFlow) PA6 allows for reliable solutions due to its good mechanical properties (stiffness and toughness) and due to its better surface appearance than PA66. Akulon® UltraFlow PA6 allows for very cost effective solutions since it enables thin wall designs (due to high flowability) and high productivity rates (up to 25% cycle time advantage in molding)
