Extreme Industrial Lubricants LTG-1
LTG-1 is a synthetic multipurpose EP grease designed for Automatic Grease Dispensing Systems where long lubricant dispensing lines and temperature extremes are the norms. LTG-1 is designed for low or high-speed plain and rolling element bearings and sliding mechanisms operating under generally difficult conditions such as found in steel mills and paper corrugating plants. Special additive technology and synthetic base oils give excellent film strength under EP conditions with extreme oxidative and thermal stability. LTG-1 is exceptionally resistant to heavy water wash and possesses very low oil bleed characteristics which insure protection at high temperatures and high radial forces.

Increased Production - Increased parts life reduces downtime for repairs or parts replacement coupled with decreased labor to repair those parts. Increased production increases REVENUES.; Excellent Corrosion Protection - LTG-1 provides long life in corrosive environments.; Resistance to Water - This grease is insoluble in water; High Extreme Pressure Properties - It will carry heavy loads due to inherent EP properties.; Excellent Shear Stability - Will not thin down due to heat or shear, even with a heavy water wash.; Excellent Thermal Stability - May be used to 554°F with proper re-lubrication cycles.
