BD54110 is a two-part, unfilled, room temperature cure, epoxy adhesive designed for the bonding of metals, ceramics, and many plastics. This product gives exceptional resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases and most organic solvents. This product gives better water and temperature resistance than just about any standard 5 minute epoxy product on the market place. It is especially formulated for a 1:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is typically achieved at room temperature with 30 to 60 minutes with full cure in 24 hours. An elevated temperature cure schedule can be used to reach final properties quickly.
