Surfactant - Emulsifying Agent; Protaphos CES – P is a blend of fatty alcohol and phosphate esters and is offered in a free acid form.; Protaphos CES – P can be neutralized to any desired pH with basic materials such as TEA, MEA, Ammonia, Sodium or Potassium Hydroxides.; Protaphos CES – P has use in a wide range of applications such as anionic-nonionic oil/water emulsifiers in skin care, sun screen, hair care, and baby care, imparting a pleasant superiour silky luxurious feel on the substrate of the skin.
