XiaPure® Chia Fiber LM is a fine and dispersible Chia fiber powder form the partially defatted XiaPure® Chia Seeds LM (black) obtained through MicroTech technology. It is a Chia fiber concentrate up to 56%. XiaPure® Chia Fiber LM is a multifunctional Chia fiber extract that concentrates Chia fiber in a micro-milled format. It also has the advantage of low in saturated fat and with no cholesterol. It is an excellent ingredient to help cover the daily fiber requirements, as well as it is offering a large portion of the daily requirement of protein and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids.
