Storage and Handling Information

Store the material in a clean, dry place at 30 - 40°C away from direct heat, sunlight and moisture.; Keep the container tightly closed after use, as the product is hygroscopic in nature.; Once carboy / IBC is opened, consume the product within a week.; When taken in ISO container, it is recommended that material be consumed within one month's time, after unloading in storage tank.; In original sealed container, when stored as suggested, shelf life of the product is at least two years.; If the material is stored below 12°C, then it may become hazy or semi - solid.; If the product becomes frozen in IBC / HMHDPE carboys then keep the same in hot room of 50°C for around 2 days.; It is recommended to heat the ISO tanks with hot water jacket of 70 - 80°C (4 - 8 hours) or low pressure steam (< 2 kgs / cm2 ) to bring the temperature of the product to 30 - 40°C. Avoid direct heating.; Heating time may vary. Once it is in molten stage, mix it properly to make it uniform before use.; If material is not melted properly / not uniform, there is a possibility of improper sampling.; Avoid part quantity use.; It can also be stored in a clean and dry SS storage tank.; During storage, stacking should be maximum 1+1 carboys (palletized / non - palletized) / IBC.
