Two-component product.; Mixing Ratio - 10 parts Adiprene-LW-520 to 1 part Ethacure 100 parts by volume (100 : 9.7 parts by weight).; Note - Pot life is temperature dependent; at elevated temperatures the pot life can be reduced to a few minutes.
- Application
Surface Preparation - Ensure surfaces to be coated are clean and free from dust, dirt etc. Typically applied over MSRR 9064 epoxy primer and color coats.; Paint Preparation - Adiprene-LW-520 is supplied as a high viscous material at room temperature. Pre-heat in a water batch to reduce viscosity for mixing and application; Application Method - Apply by spray; can be sprayed at elevated temperature or thinned as required with thinner 665-550-025 or MEK; Drying Curing - Flash off for 10 minutes Full cure achieved after 16 - 24 hours.
