Storage

Highly flammable liquid - Store and use in accordance with the flammable liquid regulations.; Shelf Life - 12 months temperate; 6 months tropical

Pack Size
500ml or to customer requirements.
Components
  • Single Pack Product.
  • May be thinned with demineralised water.
Application

The object should be abrasive blasted, dry and grease-free.; Stir well or roll before use. Do not shake. The product is supplied and ready for use. Can be thinned with maximum 10% de-mineralized water.; Apply to the substrate (steel to MSRR 6504) by spray; heating the part to 50°C improves the quality of the coating. Full obliteration will not be achieved; the product is semi-translucent. It is normal to build up the coating thickness in 3 - 4 coats.; It is possible to add up to 10% de-mineralized water to ease the viscosity and then spray very soft and apply thin mist coats, allowing a flash off between the coats. Wash equipment with water; Air dry for a minimum of 30 minutes, stove for 1 hour at 300°F.

Performance

Tested for resistance to MSRR 9200 which includes:; Dry oxidizing heat at 1,290°F; Skydrol at 155°F; Rubbing wear test 100,000 rubs in 1 hour under 1/25 lbs pressure at 400, 500, 600 and 700°C; 1000 hours at 1,110°F
