Ply-Guard FCE 224
Ply-Guard FCE 224 is a fast-curing, high-solids, high-build Epoxy that can be applied to properly prepared steel and concrete surfaces. Ply-Guard FCE 224 is an ideal product for maintenance/repair applications where quick turnaround and return to service is required. Ply-Guard FCE 224 is also well-suited to new product applications where its fast curing properties can lead to increased throughput and production efficiencies.

- Mixing
Mix both individual Ply-Guard FCE 224 components with a power mixer, then mix the two components together and power mix. Mixing partial kits is not recommended. Thinning should normally not be required when used within product limitations.
- Primer
Ply-Guard FCE 224 can be applied directly over Polyset's line of WB HRZS® products, if desired. However, no primer is required and Ply-Guard FCE 224 can be applied directly to properly prepared steel or concrete. Contact your Polyset Technical Representative for specific information and application recommendations.
