Propolis Raw is obtained from the base material for propolis (resins and balm) which is collected by bees as a resinous substance from the buds and wounds of various trees and mixed with wax, pollen, essential oils from the flower buds and saliva secretion (ferments). Propolis is used in the beehive as a building material and serves as a development inhibitor against bacteria and viruses. Propolis resin and pollen balm are rich in flavonoids, the composition of which varies greatly depending on geographic and botanical origin.
