Dermapep™ A350 has been demonstrated in vitro by measuring MMP1 production on Hs68 fibroblast cell line.DermapepTM A350 significantly decreased MMP-1 production under both non-stimulated and UV-stimulated condition. Dermapep™ A350 also considerably restored the production of type I procollagen from UVA induced damage (supplementary data were not shown).
