- Merit
Sircon ® is a completely new type of silicone rubber product that has excellent thermal conductivity and flame retardancy, which are excellent in various properties peculiar to silicone rubber such as heat resistance and electrical insulation. It is mainly used for semiconductors such as transistors and ICs, various heaters, electronic components such as temperature sensors, electrical insulation, and heat dissipation / heat transfer spacers.. The Sircon® rubber type can be molded into various shapes by taking advantage of various characteristics peculiar to silicone rubber. It is possible to make the shape according to your wishes, such as the sheet shape and the punched product, the tube shape using extrusion molding, and the case shape by press molding. In addition, although only the sheet shape is available, we also have a lineup of types reinforced with glass cloth.
