- Benefits
- Ready to Use
- A convenient, fast and easy one-component system
- Good Adhesion
- A penetrating surfactant formulation ensures bonding to the surface
- Excellent Resilience
- A superior synthetic polymer compound provides elasticity. Contains no asphalt – will not track
- Fast Setting
- Less waiting time required before sealcoating
- Rubberized
- Improves pliability in adverse weather conditions
- Less Shrinkage
- A high solids formulation prevents abnormal shrinkage
- PACKAGING
- Available in 1 gal. spouted jugs
- Basic Uses
AcrylaSeal provides a tough, resistant barrier against moisture for cracks up to ½" in width on asphalt and concrete pavements.
- Mix Design
- Use full strength, do not dilute.
- Composition
- As shipped, AcrylaSeal is an acrylic emulsion
- Limitations
Do not allow to freeze. Do not store in direct sunlight or where temperature exceeds 120° F.
- Precaution
Keep out of reach of children; Container should be closed when not in use; Avoid breathing vapor or prolonged contact with skin or eyes
- Technology
- Ready-to-Use Products
- Preparatory Work
Crack must be dry, clean and free of dust and loose material.
- Applicable Standards
AcrylaSeal Pourable Crack Sealant meets the performance standards of ASTM D1190.
- Environmental Considerations
AcrylaSeal is considered nonhazardous when tested according to the EPA's TCLP (Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure). AcrylaSeal is a water-based material containing less than 50g/L (.42 lbs./gal.) VOC content.
