Burcofac™ PE-142 provides excellent wetting, detergency, and emulsification. It serves as hydrotrope for other surfactants, glycol ethers, hydrocarbons, and oils. This product is soluble in water and aliphatic solvents. It has moderate alkaline and electrolyte stability.

Burcofac PE-142 is compatible with anionic and nonionic surfactants.. To increase the amount of foam generated, surfactants such as Burcoterge C2P-39 (amphoteric) or Burco COPB-35 (betaine) can be added to the formulation.
