ACRIPOL® T 270 shows a high activity and efficacy as a thickener agent of tonics, gels and balms. It has a great performance in gel, shampoos and hand soap formulations, as well as in all kinds of detergents. Specially recommended for toiletries and hair care products.

The required dosage depends on product initial viscosity and opalescence and the sought final values. As a general guidance, typical dosages vary between 0.2 to 3% (toiletry items) and 3.0 to 7.0% (as suspensor system). In hydroalcoholic disinfectants gels the dose of use depends on alcohol concentration and targeted viscosity (from 4 to 10% for 85% of alcohol).. Ideal dosage should be evaluated using case-by-case Cosmetic Challenge Tests taking it in account the specific application of the product.
