Tacelene Chem 2070 silicon emulsions are most convenient to use. They can be used as such: however, it isrecommended to dilute it in suitable diluents before addition to the bath. It could be beneficial to add the stockTacelene Chem 2070 solution under a sight agitation to ensure proper dispersion. Usually final concentrationin the medium ranging from 100 to 3000rpm is sufficient for most of the applications.For large foamingsurfaces , the defoamer is recommended to be used to ensure uniform dispersion, however individual clientsmust test the product for suitability and concentration required depending on the application, intensity of thefoaming problem and process in which foaming occurs.
