Tacelene Chem. 2024 silicon emulsions are most convenient to use. They can be used as such however, it is recommended to dilute it in suitable diluents before addition to the bath. It could be beneficial to add the stockTacelene Chem 2024 solution under a sight agitation to ensure proper dispersion. Usually final concentration in the medium ranging from 100 to 3000rpm is sufficient for most of the applications .For large foaming surfaces , the defoamer is recommended to be used to ensure uniform dispersion, however individual clients must test the product for suitability and concentration required depending on the application, intensity of the foaming problem and process in which foaming occurs .
