Processing

When selecting raw materials, especially when it comes to fillers (e.g. CaCo3), it is recommended to use products with the lowest water content possible. Fillers can be pre-dried before use.; Containers should be stored at a similar temperature to their surroundings as to reduce the chance for water condensation. This is of particular importance when materials are stored outside in the winter months.; It is necessary to keep all equipment used for processing clean and dry. Surfaces can be cleaned with volatile solvents, such as acetone, if necessary.; The product is activated for reaction once the catalyst is added or when exposed to moisture. After this time it must be kept in closed, dry containers.
