VERSALINK® P 1000 is a liquid oligomeric diamine curative that remains in liquid form at room temperature. It is easily mixed, cast, and cured at ambient temperatures. This product serves as a curative for different diisocyanates and their prepolymers. Additionally, it can be utilized as a modifier for amine or anhydride-cured epoxies, enhancing their flexibility.

- Applications
VERSALINK® P 1000 applications include cast prototypes and elastomers, coatings, adhesives, sealants and spray systems. Due to its ease of processing, VERSALINK® P 1000 is excellent for field repair. Typical MDI products cured with VERSALINK® P 1000 at room temperature generate physical properties similar to those of conventional heatcured prepolymer systems and superior to those of MDI/diol heat-cured elastomers. When processed at ambient conditions, VERSALINK® P 1000 based elastomers have a low shrinkage factor.
- Key Performance Benefits
Wide range of applications including polyurethane and epoxy systems; Produces MDI elastomers at ambient cure with similar properties to traditional amine heat cured elastomers; Produces MDI elastomers at ambient cure with superior properties to diol heat-cured elastomers
