TEGOSTAB® B 84402
TEGOSTAB® B 84402 is a surfactant comprising a hydrolysis-resistant polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane copolymer used in the manufacturing of rigid polyurethane foams produced with various blowing agents like water, HFC, HCHC, or hydrocarbons. TEGOSTAB® B 84402 is suitable for use in most rigid foam applications, including laminated board stock, most pour-in-place systems, spray foam, packaging, and bun stock.

- HIGHLIGHTS
Excellent flame-retardant properties in rigid foam applications.; Well compatible with most common polyol premixes.
- Storage Information
Storage conditions: dry and cool place in factory-packed containers.; Solidification point: between 16 - 20 °C; The viscosity increase at low temperatures is reversible and has no negative influence on the efficiency of TEGOSTAB® B 84402.; It is recommended to warm up cooled material to normal ambient temperature (20 - 25 °C) before it is used.; In case turbidity or solidification occur at lower temperatures: they can also be re-dissolved by warming up the material.
- Recommended Applications
TEGOSTAB® B 84402 can be used in most rigid foam applications including laminated board stock, most pour-in-place systems, spray foam, packaging and bun stock.
