DOWSIL(TM) EL-9140 DM Silicone Elastomer Blend is a clear to slightly translucent cross-linked silicone elastomer gel delivered in a volatile dimethicone carrier fluid. It provides dry smoothness, quick absorption, and a light silky feel on the skin. DOWSIL(TM) EL-9140 DM Silicone Elastomer Blend can also be used as a thickening agent in water-in-oil and water-in-silicone formulations.
