EGYPLAST XL400002 is a concentration of lead free pigments which are added to low voltage XLPE during extrusion insulation process of low voltage cables by skin or full color technique in order to get it the specific color without effect on the electrical properties of XLPE.

The product is packed in multiply polypropylene bags of 25 ± 0.2 kg on pallet shrink foiled with polyethylene.
- Storage
The product must be stored in ambient temperature, keep containers dry and tightly closed to avoid moisture absorption and contamination. Keep in a dry, cool, good ventilation and dust free place avoid from direct sun light and direct heat.
- Application
Addition Levels - Depending on the required desired effect, the recommended level is from 1%.. Recommended for using as colorant for low voltage XLPE used for cable insulation by extrusion full color.
