Berjé Inc GINGER OIL
- Chemical Family
- Plant Extracts
Berjé Inc GINGER OIL is steam distilled from the highly fragrant rhizomes of the Zingiber officinale plant. This oil provides a warm, fresh, and woody aroma that works excellently in both flavor and fragrance compounds. The flavor is spicy and slightly bitter, but it still retains a pleasantly aromatic taste with little to no pungency. In perfumery, this oil can be used to apply a sweet and spicy nuance that blends exceptionally well with other ingredients such as cedarwood, coriander, and citrus oils.
