EMULTROL CV-2385 is an aqueous emulsion based on carnauba wax. This wax additive dispersion is an optimal modifying agent for aqueous coatings, varnishes, colors and inks. EMULTROL CV-2385 provides very smooth, scratch resistant surfaces as well as an optimal gloss grade and blocking resistance to the coating films. The main area of application for EMULTROL CV-2385 are the modification of color and varnish formulations, textile coatings, shoe and textile finishings, wood varnishes, paper aids and paper coatings, leather varnishes and leather finishings, aqueous inks and other dispersion systems. This wax emulsion is also very suitable as polish emulsion for terrazzo floors.

At a proper, dry and cool storage in its original packaging, the storage stability of the product EMULTROL CV-2385 will be at least 6 months. The optimum storage temperature will be between +15 and +35°C.

- Composition
- Carnauba wax anionic emulsion.
- Precaution
Do not store outdoors. Aqueous product. Protect from frost to avoid irreversible damages. Keep in sealed containers at temperatures between 15°C and 35°C. Before the opening of the containers, stir them well. At a longer storage time a slight separation may occur. The usual precautions for chemicals should be taken for its handling and its transport.

EMULTROL CV-2385 is well compatible with all aqueous dispersion and binding agent systems in a wide mixing ratio. EMULTROL CV-2385 shows a very good shear stability at the production of the coating systems. The compatibility with other additives as e.g. defoamers, improve flow agents etc. is also given well.
