Microsaf®offers a high stability with its long shelf life of 18 months
- Application
The performance of Microsaf® is enhanced by the exclusive 3-patent Germination Optimisation Technology, a new process designed to promote faster and stronger Bacillus spore germination. This maximizes the impact of Microsaf® within the short transit time of 4-6 hours, which applies to most chickens.

- Product Characteristic
Microsaf® improves growth by increasing feed efficiency; GO Technology® allows Microsaf® to germinate under challenging conditions due to the short transit time in chickens, mitigating the negative impacts of acidic pH and bile salts.; Bacillus amyloliquefaciens has been screened for its high capacity in the production of enzymes such as Protease, Amylase and Lipase. Adding Microsaf® to a bird's diet can achieve improved feed intake, feed efficiency and growth.; Microsaf® preserves gut function by decreasing the risk of bacterial enteritis; Microsaf® has shown high capacity lactic acid production and consistent effects in the inhibition of major poultry pathogens such as Clostridium perfringens, Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Campylobacter jejuni.; Under a Clostridium perfringens challenge, supplementing the diet with Microsaf® helps the birds to achieve higher levels of feed intake, improved FCR, higher daily growth rates and a better all-round growth performance.; Microsaf® enhances food safety by decreasing Salmonella prevalence; Salmonella is a significant cause of foodborne illness worldwide.A recent peer-reviewed article demonstrated that Microsaf® is a possible pre-harvest food safety intervention, reducing Salmonella load in the ceca, thus reducing possible contamination to the environment and consequently the eggshell.
