ZetaPol 8852-NPM is a blended product based on natural minerals. It is a powdered, semigranular formulation, which is added directly into the waste water. The components of the formulation dissolve and react in sequence. ZetaPol 8852-NPM work by ion exchange, coagulation, flocculation and precipitation. This product combines a very good flocculation with a strong metal precipitation.

The product is used as delivered. Reaction time is appr. 15-20 minutes. The product must not be diluted with water before. Recommended pH-value : 7,0 - 10,0 The pH value is not changed by the adding the product. Removes suspended and colloidal solids from treated waste water. Removes turbidility. The resulting sludge can dehydrate very well. No dangerous goods. Special benefits: stable flocculation – clear water – big flocs - excellent sedimentation – low price – removes: Cu, Zn, Sn, Hg Storage condition: Humidity has to be avoided. Minimum temperature not below 0°C. Use opened containers as quickly as possible.

ZetaPol 8852-NPM offers many advantages over traditional polymeric flocculants. Significantly improves the dewatering of the sludge and prevents bonding of the filter press or filter media. Higher solid content in the mud cake is possible compared to standard polymeric flocculants. The special composition of this product results in a very shear stable flocculation that rapidly separates from waste water streams. Usually encapsulates the contaminats to prevent them leaching back out of the sludge at the landfill site. This reduces the hazardous classification of the sludge anf hence substantially reduces disposal costs. The operator receives an easy to use product. This product is due to its specific composition very eficient for Zn and Cu precipitation.
