ZetaPol 8810-MR is a blended product based on natural minerals. It is a powdered, semi-granular formulation, which is added directly into the waste water. The components of the formulation dissolve and react in sequence. ZetaPol 8810-MR work by ion exchange, coagulation, flocculation and precipitation. This product combines a very good flocculation with a strong metal precipitation.

The product is used as delivered. The product should not be diluted with water. Reaction time is about 15 minutes. Recommended pH-value : 7,0 - 10,0 The product does not change the pH-value substantially. Removes suspended and colloidal solids from treated waste water. The resulting sludge can be dewatered very well. Removes turbidility. Special benefits: stable flocculation – clear water – big flocs - excellent sedimentation – low price – strong splitting power – removes: Ni, Cu, Zn, Sn Storage condition : Humidity has to be avoided, minimum temperature not below 0°C

ZetaPol 8810-MR offers many advantages over traditional polymeric flocculants. Significantly improves the dewatering of the sludge and prevents bonding of the filter press or filter media. Higher solid content in the mud cake is possible compared to standard polymeric flocculants. The special composition of this product results in a very shear stable flocculation that rapidly separates from waste water streams. Usually encapsulates the contaminats to prevent them leaching back out of the sludge at the landfill site. This reduces the hazardous classification of the sludge anf hence substantially reduces disposal costs. The operator receives an easy to use product. This product has due to its specific composition an incredible splitting power.
