G-1191 Non-Skid is a lightweight, non-slip floor and deck covering compound developed for use over aluminum, steel, wood, concrete or polyester. This material is used on areas subject to foot traffic in confined spaces. It is long wearing with a hard, non-porous surface and is resistant to extreme temperatures. G-1191 Non-Skid contains a synthetic, resinous binder and abrasive particles. Because it is water-based, it is easy to apply, especially in areas where solvents are a problem.

In order to obtain optimum adhesion to a surface, that surface must be free of all foreign matter. This one-part water- based system can be applied directly over prepared concrete or over G-249 of G-250 primer when applied over wood, steel, aluminum or polyester.
