Rust Inhibitor - U.S. Tool 300 - US TOOL - 300 is a translucent, self healing, scratch resistant, hard wax coating that is a clean and safe alternative to dirty, toxic, and flammable solvent based rust prevention product. US TOOL - 300 is the ideal rust proofing product to protect bare metal, finished metal parts, including tooling, fixtures, dies, tool-holders, milling cutters, sprockets, virtually any metal part subject to rust and corrosion. US TOOL - 300 is an extremely effective rust inhibitor system which provides two to three times the average rust preventative coating and is excellent as a sealant over black oxide and phosphate coatings because it seals out corrosion and enhances the color of the finish. Performance of over 2000 hours humidity cabinet and over 336 hours salt spray. It can also be used on bare metal surfaces for long term storage or overseas shipment.

US Tool - 300 rust preventative coating can be applied to wet or dry parts by dip coating, brushing or low-pressure spraying. The thin-bodied liquid rapidly penetrates recessed areas and displaces moisture from metal surfaces. Supplied as a cream colored liquid, it dries in 10-30 minutes leaving a dry-to-the-touch, hard wax film of 1.5 - 2.0 mils thickness which actually improves the finish color. Product coverage is 650 square feet per gallon. US Tool - 300 costs just pennies per part to apply. Dyes can be added if color-coding is desired.US TOOL - 300meets the performance requirements of military specification Mil-C-16173 grade-1. Once applied, it will not drain off parts or wick into packing materials.
